Christmas Present

Well, Christmas this year was a little strange.  Relatives cancelled their visit just two days before their planned arrival times, daughter and her family had the flu and pneumonia raging in their household.  So our planned family Christmas for 25 turned out to be just 6 people.  It was a sad time for me but at the same time, a happy time in that nothing disastrous caused family absences and especially because it was time to rejoice the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

One highlight of the season was this great recipe book my scrappin' friend Sandy gave me.  She knows I adore anything Susan Branch and that I have been petitioning ProvoCraft for awhile now to have a Susan Branch cartridge made.  I can't wait to get to work on it!! It's full of stickers and recipe cards and decorated pages, dividers...everything needed to make a GREAT recipe book.   In case you aren't familiar with Susan, here is her website:  http://www.susanbranch.com/
